EXAMPLE Wellbeing Week


We will kick off our Wellbeing Week on Jan 28 with Mindfulness Monday! The aim of Wellbeing Week is to provide young people with the tools and knowledge to help manage their mental health. The events will include mindful yoga, mindful colouring, mindful music and meditation! All forms of mindfulness can be used to help people relax and focus on the here and now.
